Business Foundations is an introduction course to several Career Tech programs offered at SanduskyHigh School. The goal of this course is for students to gain knowledge of how the American business economy operates. Topics to be discussed will include the economic process, the free enterprise system, today’s business organization, the government’s role in business and entrepreneurship.

Students are introduced to the characteristics of our American enterprise system; how businesses are organized and operate in our economic system; consumer rights and responsibilities; the function of the financial services industry; financial risk management and the functions of credit in business.

This assignment is an introductory project on budgeting. You wil be given a set dollar amount and a list of activities that you will need to plan out and remain under the budget.
